What you'll do

• Architect and deploy end to end RPA solutions for healthcare revenue workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts and QA on automation requirements.
• Implement robust exception handling, logging, and performance optimization.
• Support and maintain production automations with minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot production issues quickly and thoroughly.
• Build reusable components and shared frameworks.
• Uphold coding standards and contribute to technical discussions.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of hands-on RPA development experience.
• Proficiency in at least two of: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or Python based automation.
• Understanding of the complete automation lifecycle, from requirements through monitoring.
• Experience supporting production automations.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience with enterprise systems and access controls.

Nice to have

• API, database, OCR, and system integration experience.
• Exposure to orchestrators, queue processing, and bot scheduling.
• RPA platform certifications.
