Key Responsibilities
As the Manager of RCM at Innobot Health, you will take ownership of revenue cycle strategy and execution, guiding your team to meet and exceed operational benchmarks.
- Lead and execute RCM strategies to improve cash flow and reduce accounts receivable days
- Oversee end to end RCM operations including billing, coding, claims, and collections
- Manage, mentor, and develop high performing RCM teams
- Drive process improvements using KPIs and industry best practices
- Monitor financial performance and present RCM insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
- Optimize RCM systems and technology for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align revenue cycle processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring a solid foundation in healthcare revenue cycle management along with the analytical and leadership skills to manage complex operations.
- Expertise in revenue cycle management, including billing, coding, and claims processing
- Strong knowledge of denial management, payment posting, and reimbursement optimization
- Proficiency in handling healthcare workflow automation tools and process improvement
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Team leadership and collaboration capabilities to manage team performance effectively
