What you'll do

• Develop and implement RCM strategies that improve cash flow and reduce receivables aging.
• Oversee complete revenue cycle operations: billing, coding, claims, and collections.
• Build and mentor high performing RCM teams.
• Apply KPIs and industry standards to drive continuous process improvement.
• Track financial metrics and communicate RCM analytics to senior leadership.
• Maintain adherence to healthcare regulatory and payer compliance requirements.
• Enhance RCM technology systems for operational effectiveness.
• Align revenue cycle workflows across functions.

What you'll need

• Deep expertise in billing, coding, and claims processing workflows.
• Strong knowledge of denial management and reimbursement optimization.
• Proficiency with healthcare workflow automation tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Team leadership experience and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

• AI and robotic process automation experience.
