What you'll do

• Design and develop enterprise grade RPA solutions.
• Architect scalable, secure automation frameworks.
• Own automation initiatives from concept through production.
• Conduct code reviews for compliance with best practices.
• Mentor senior and junior RPA engineers.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Support production automations and resolve incidents.
• Drive governance, version control, and change management.
• Ensure stability and maintainability of deployed solutions.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on RPA development experience.
• Expertise in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or Python automation.
• Experience designing RPA architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and deployment methodology.
• Team leadership or subject matter expert experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise security and compliance.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or financial services background.
• CI/CD exposure for RPA.
• OCR, API, and system integration experience.
• RPA certifications.
