Devops Engineer

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure that support secure, scalable automation solutions. In this role, you will manage and optimize Microsoft Azure resources (VMs, networking, storage, and resource groups), automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates, and build scripting based automation with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Bash. You will partner closely with RPA developers to streamline UiPath Orchestrator operations, enabling smoother deployments, tenant and queue management, and proactive log monitoring. You will also embed DevSecOps best practices to ensure security and HIPAA compliance, set up monitoring and logging using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Grafana, troubleshoot deployment issues with root cause analysis, and maintain clear documentation of configurations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer at Innobot Health, your day to day work will include a combination of client collaboration, process analysis, documentation, and cross functional coordination:

  • Join client and process shadowing calls to gather, validate, and clarify requirements
  • Analyze current workflows to identify gaps, pain points, and automation opportunities
  • Assist in preparing PDDs, SDDs, user stories, and detailed process documentation
  • Support SOP creation and structured documentation for automation processes
  • Collaborate with RPA developers, RCM teams, and senior BAs during solution design and requirement handoffs
  • Track tasks, updates, dependencies, and timelines using Monday.com and participate in daily Scrum and update calls
  • Support UAT by preparing test cases, executing test scenarios, logging issues, and coordinating business sign off

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a solid foundation in technical analysis, documentation, and collaborative problem solving:

  • Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 6 to 12 months of experience in Business Analysis (RCM or RPA experience preferred)
  • Internship or prior exposure to BA, RPA, or RCM is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of RCM workflows is a plus
  • Strong documentation, communication, analytical, and logical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum, SDLC, and project tracking tools (preferably Monday.com)
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross functional environment and adapt quickly to new tools and processes

Nice to Have

The following skills and experiences are not required but will help you stand out as a candidate:

  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including VMs, networking, and storage
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipeline design and DevSecOps practices
  • Working knowledge of monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Grafana
  • Experience supporting or managing UiPath Orchestrator environments
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards
