What you'll do

  • Work with healthcare clients to map revenue cycle workflows and identify automation opportunities.
  • Translate operational problems into clear, buildable automation requirements.
  • Partner with RPA engineers through design, build, and testing.
  • Define success metrics and validate automation outcomes against them.
  • Document processes, requirements, and exception paths.
  • Support user acceptance testing and go-lives with client teams.
  • Communicate progress and findings to stakeholders on both sides.

What you'll need

  • 2+ years of business analysis experience, ideally in healthcare or RCM.
  • Working knowledge of the US healthcare revenue cycle: eligibility, claims, payments, and denials.
  • Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non technical audiences.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote, cross time zone team.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to RPA platforms such as UiPath or Power Automate.
  • Experience with EHR and practice management systems.
  • Familiarity with payer portals, EDI transactions, and clearinghouses.
  • Analytics or SQL skills for validating outcomes.
