The Problem
Harris Sheaffer™, a Real Estate law firm in Canada, had employees spending 20% of their time reading invoices to parse each payment before manually entering them into spreadsheets for disbursement.
The Approach
Innobot collaborated with the law firm to map the process from start to finish and summarized the necessary information in a comprehensive report. That data was then uploaded into the customers’ billing system for processing.
The Result
Innobot designed an automation module to check for invoices, prepare and process reports and emails for each customer for final processing on a daily basis. On average, the module accomplishes this task in 5 minutes.
