The Problem
Gembah™, a product innovation platform headquartered in Austin, Texas had a network of global sales representatives forwarding sales contracts on Slack. The accounting and sales teams were assigned the redundant task of manually transferring those contracts to an accounting software for processing.
The Approach
Employ a module to increase productivity, ensure consistency, and streamline collaboration and communication between the sales and accounting teams.
The Result
A module now processes entries from the sales team directly in QuickBooks® once each hour. This completely automated solution was leveraged by the company to systematically submit invoices, collect payments and communicate transactions.
