We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst to support our RCM and RPA projects. You will assist in requirement gathering, workflow analysis, documentation, and coordination across teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their BA career who wants to gain hands on exposure in revenue cycle management (RCM), automation, and project management within a leading healthcare technology company.

We are building a dynamic in house DevOps team to support our growing automation ecosystem and enhance infrastructure reliability, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
As part of our DevOps and infrastructure automation team, you will take ownership of the following areas:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Bitbucket repositories using Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure, including Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, and Resource Groups.
- Automate infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Bash.
- Collaborate with RPA developers to streamline UiPath Orchestrator operations: automate deployments, manage tenants and queues, and monitor logs.
- Implement DevSecOps practices to ensure security and HIPAA compliance.
- Set up and maintain monitoring and logging frameworks using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Grafana.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Document infrastructure, deployment procedures, and configurations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking, storage).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, etc.).
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bash).
- IaC experience with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- UiPath Orchestrator operations experience (deployment, queue handling, etc.).
- Monitoring and logging tools experience (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles and HIPAA compliance.
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
The following qualifications are not required but will strengthen your application:
- UiPath Certified RPA Associate or Advanced Developer certification.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Administrator Associate.
- Familiarity with Bitbucket Pipelines YAML configurations.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
- Experience integrating RPA into CI/CD workflows.
- Exposure to Monday.com, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Understanding of endpoint protection and Azure Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of cloud based database management (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
