Key Responsibilities
As a Senior RPA Engineer at Innobot Health, you will take ownership of automation initiatives from concept through production deployment. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Design, build, test, and deploy end to end RPA solutions that support healthcare revenue cycle workflows
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and technical teams to translate automation requirements into robust solutions
- Implement exception handling, logging, and performance optimization to ensure reliability across production environments
- Support and maintain assigned production automations, ensuring uptime and consistent output quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve production automation issues with minimal turnaround time
- Contribute to reusable automation components, shared frameworks, and internal libraries
- Follow established coding standards, documentation practices, and engineering best practices
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing sessions
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring a solid foundation of hands on RPA development experience and the ability to work independently within enterprise grade systems. We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- 3 or more years of hands on RPA development experience in a professional environment
- Proficiency in at least two of the following RPA technologies:
- UiPath
- Automation Anywhere
- Power Automate
- Python based automation
- Strong understanding of the end to end automation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and monitoring
- Proven experience supporting and maintaining live, production automations
- Solid analytical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams
- Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple systems, access controls, and operational constraints
Nice to Have
While not required, the following skills and experiences will strengthen your candidacy and help you make an immediate impact:
- Experience working with APIs, databases, OCR, and system integrations in automation workflows
- Exposure to orchestrators, queue based processing, and bot scheduling in enterprise environments
- RPA platform certifications from UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Platform
