Key Responsibilities
As a Lead RPA Engineer at Innobot Health, you will take ownership of automation initiatives from concept to production. Your core responsibilities include:
- Lead the design and development of complex, enterprise grade RPA solutions
- Architect scalable, secure, and reusable automation frameworks aligned with enterprise standards
- Own RPA initiatives end to end, from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment and hypercare support
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure compliance with RPA best practices, security guidelines, and development standards
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to Senior and Junior RPA Engineers to strengthen team capabilities
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, platform, and infrastructure teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Support production automations by performing root cause analysis, resolving incidents, and implementing performance optimizations
- Drive automation governance, version control, release management, and change management processes
- Ensure long term stability, maintainability, scalability, and operational readiness of deployed automation solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years of hands on experience in RPA development and enterprise automation delivery
- Strong expertise in at least two of the following technologies: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or Python based automation
- Proven experience designing robust RPA architectures, including orchestrators, queues, exception handling, and logging frameworks
- Strong understanding of SDLC, code quality standards, deployment methodologies, and release management practices
- Experience leading technical teams or serving as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for RPA initiatives
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within enterprise environments with strict security, auditability, and compliance requirements
Nice to Have
The following qualifications are not required but will strengthen your application:
- Experience in healthcare, financial services, or other enterprise scale automation programs
- Exposure to CI/CD practices for RPA implementations and automation deployments
- Experience working with OCR technologies, APIs, and complex system integrations
- UiPath or Automation Anywhere certifications
