Keplr Vision, a company focused on bringing together private practice Optometrists, manually downloaded reports, and extracted financial data to incorporate in a monthly financial report — taking employees several days to accomplish this task.
The Approach
Keplr hired an automation module that would save and extract data, generate reports, and perform a validation even in the presence of data discrepancies.
The Result
In line with Keplr Vision’s business principles and logic, the module could successfully generate and extract the data from these reports and populate a master file, highlighting any areas of concern. The flagged data could then be reviewed and corrected by the concerned team.
