Development
One-time costs – Automation process development. These programs always live on your servers and belong to you. Depending on your volumes and the number of processes you wish to automate, we can determine the number of developers you may need to program the workflows. Each process usually takes 3-6 weeks to build for 1 developer. Developers are $25/hr.
Monitoring
Even with full automation, we monitor all processes for you. Password changed, no problem. Payer screen changed, no problem. We keep the processes working so you can focus on the more important things.
The number of developers you need to monitor the workflow is approximately 1 for every 8 processes. Developers are $25/hr.
Annual Service Fee
Our annual service fee is $5k and covers all of the extra stuff like analytics, workflow charting, dashboards and strategic planning.
